'What’s Really Going On in Machine Learning? Some Minimal Models' - Article

An article I started reading (slowly) when I have the time, but so far I’ve found it quite interesting. Needless to say it is a little bit complicated (in part perhaps because the only Automaton I’ve programmed/played with is Conway’s ‘Game of Life’.

Yet this is not to be unexpected because after all it is written by Stephen Wolfram, like, the founder of Wolfram/Wolfram Alpha.

I’d be curious what others think and will add more comments… Whenever I find to finish it.

However, when I found it and started going through it, I thought this was such a @rmwkwok article.

Heh. I thought @paulinpaloalto might like it too-- But I thought of you first because you are the one always making these ‘little diagrams’.

I’m busy trying to finish the NLP Specialization by early next week, but then I will sit down with the article and examine more closely. I’m sure he has some pretty good insights as he’s a pretty smart/detailed person.
