Access to quiz and assignment post deadline

Signed up for this specialization in the month of June. Did not get to finish the first course in the first month, Now i have got a week free at hand to finish the first course.

I am unable to work on the quizzes and assignments. I get the message ’ This item is locked because the session has ended’.

Raised a ticket with ‘Coursera support’, but the Bots response is not helping. It says deadlines would be automatically reset, without any details.

Any suggestions on how to get access to the quizzes and assignments.

Thank you @Saifkhanengr for the link. Very detailed information there but was of no help to me. There was no ’ Push End Date’ button available as suggested in the page referenced. Through the chat bot on cousera, i was able to get access to a human agent from Coursera. The course schedule was updated to make the quizzes and assignments accessible.
