There are issues with AWS side these days.

I was able to access the account for like 10 minutes and now it shows the account is deactivated again.
My Lab 2 is due on 12/31 at 11:59EST, would this issue be able to be fixed by this year?

The account deactivated issue has not been fixed for days. I reported the issue using the suggested link. Here is screen shot below. I cannot complete the course due to this and I need urgently this certification. Please assist. Of course submitting will fail even though I was almost at the end of Lab 2 when the kernel died and since could never restart this Lab 2 and finish.
