Cannot complete lab 2 AWS does not get provisioned

Attempting lab 2. In my first attempt I was able to get to SageMaker and go through the notebook partway the instance died. Got out of SageMaker and tried to navigate again through Vocareum but now the AWS link never turns green no matter what
I do si I can’t start and redo lab.

I switched to a different browser and I see an account deactivated popup now. I filled the form in item 8 already but I believe the first time I thought it was a Lab Budget Exceeded issue. Should I fill the form out again with Account Deactivated option?

Seems like a good idea. I don’t see any negative impact from filling out the form twice.
