Can't access sagemaker from vocareum

Goodmorning,
I’m encountering an issue trying to connect to the aws platform from sagemaker: when in vocareum page I click the “start lab” button (top-right in the page), a popup appears saying “AWS ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED” (bottom-right), preventing the AWS indicator to become green (tot-left in the page).
Please, let me know what to do to.
