As of this weekend, my account suddenly got deleted and I am not able to log into the DL.AI Learning Platform to continue my studies and progress.
It seems the account structure behind the Forums here is managed separately and I am still able to participate in the forums.
I send an incident to the support, but have not heard back from them. Did anyone experience something similar? This is rather frustrating, not only because of losing progress on existing courses, but I wonder how I can stop my recurring payments now.
