Are there updated instructions to get into the labs?

I am unable to get even Lab 1 to work. The screens I get are not the same as the instructions. I see similar questions but it just says that known issues are being worked. Please advise.

To better assist you, could you share more specifics about the issues you’re encountering? For example, which screens or questions differ from the instructions, or where exactly you’re getting stuck?

Yes, as @Alireza_Saei says, we need to see concrete images, but let me tell you what I normally do myself. In AWS, if I cannot find an option because they might have changed their interface, I use the search bar at the top, and I type what I am searching for, it gives a few options and I choose the one that makes sense (either similarity or same name as the service suggested in the Vocareum page).

Now I cannot even get AWS to “go green” when I select Start lab. I think I give up.

Use the browser incognito mode; try again after some time! If you still have problems, let us know!

Try running it in a different browser. If that doesn’t help, please let us know and please attach the screens or some specific details.
