Hi I posted my issue three days ago like this below but have not seen any replies on it yet.
Thanks.
I came across account deactivation message when started the lab 3. I cannot start aws for the lab. I also filled out the troubleshooting form url which is listed in your course explanation under week 1 with screenshot image. Please correct this asap if you can.
Thanks.
Maybe @esanina can help with this issue.

I have a similar problem. Says Kernel needs to be restarted every time. I have done that a bunch of time but I cant seem to get past it.
@Hakwoo_Kim @Satish1 sorry for the inconvenience. I will be able to refresh your accounts within a day or so - there are some technical issues.
Thanks for your prompt response @esanina . Please let me know when you get a chance to refresh my account. I’m on week 3 and my lab submission is past due.
Thanks,
Satish
@Hakwoo_Kim @Satish1 thank you for the messages. We have checked your lab accounts and couldn’t find any problems with them. Could you please send me the printscreens of the problem that you face?
Hi,
Now my lab isn’t even starting.

Hi @esanina ,
As you see this attached screenshot, the lab 3 does not work. I clicked “Start Lab” button but faced this issue.
Thanks.
@Satish1 @Hakwoo_Kim thank you for the printscreens. I have reported the issues to the Engineering Team and hopefully they will be resolved soon.
@Satish1 could you please confirm your Coursera userID (email) (you can send a private message to me). Thank you!
@Satish1 @Hakwoo_Kim your accounts should be reactivated now.
Hi Esanina,
My CourseId is smandalika@gmail.com

The problem still persists. The start lab is never done. So frustrating :(. Here are screenshots

Seems to be working now.
Thanks,

Now I’m running into my original problem which is the kernel dies every time I run the toxicity part. Please see attached screenshots.

@Hakwoo_Kim glad to hear that. Happy Learning!
@Satish1 could you please check the chosen kernel and instance type. Here is what needs to be chosen:
Hi Esanina,
I’m getting a new error. Apparently it’s above my 20 $ budget. I never paid for anything so I’m not sure what it is. I’m attaching the screenshot.
