Still cannot access the Lab 3

@Satish1 sorry for the inconvenience. I have refreshed your account there.

Hi Esanina,
Still no change. The AWS instance just doesn’t turn to green. Screenshot attached. This is very frustrating. Can we get on a call and troubleshoot?
Thanks,
Satish

I have the same problem

NVM, my one just worked.

The steps I took were cleaning the cookies, refreshing the page and re-entering via the coursera launch app link. I am not sure if these are the right ways, but I hope your lab starts soon!

Still can’t access the environment. :frowning:

@Satish1 sorry that you are experiencing multiple issues in a row. Could you please confirm your Coursera email and which lab do you have issues with currently? You can send me your Coursera email in the private message.

I already shared my email: smandalika@gmail.com

Hi and Thank you for all your support in training us. I am working on Lab 3 for sometime, and trying to work around Kernel Dying, I deleted all the files, reloaded the Lab 3 files and start multiple running as is without editing an parameters. Please see screen shot of error, this new error after reloading all fresh files.

Please help!

Sorry, I am using ml.m5.2xlarge instance.

@Pranav_Panchal thank you for the message. We cannot reproduce the problem at the moment, could you please try again and if you’ll face an issue, share with me the AWS account ID (can be found on the right top side of the AWS console).

@esanina Hi I am also facing the same problem as Satish reported. Kernel threw out of memory multiple time at toxicity and then I am unable to start the instance anymore. Attaching a screenshot, it gives same issue - “Your lab is starting. Please wait”

My registered email : parijat.rathod@gmail.com

please look into this as I am stuck otherwise and unable to complete the course. TIA

@Parijat thank you for the message. With the kernel there were some technical issues - they are fixed now. I have done some refreshes of your account, could you please try to access the lab again and let me know how it goes.

@esanina I cannot access my lab. My registered email: Kameshdubey2@gmail.com. Can you fix this ?

@esanina the error

Hi Kamesh. I don’t think that’s an error message. Please click the green AWS button on the upper left as mentioned on the instructions. Hope it works. Thanks.

@esanina, Thank you Elena for your help.

Please see screen shot, I am not able to get into the instance at all as the Start Lab and AWS is not started.

Hi Pranav. That usually takes up to 20 minutes. Kindly wait for the AWS button to turn green. Thank you.

I am still not able to start the kernel, there are two configurations suggested and none of them is working.

8 vCPU + 32 Gib or m5.2xLarge.

please help resolve

Attaching screenshots for reference.
