AWS account deactivated error on Lab1

Hi, I’m getting the AWS account deactivated error while trying to launch lab1.
I also have filled out the form given on the faq page - GenAI with LLMs Lab FAQ - Generative AI with Large Language Models / GenAI with LLMs Resources - DeepLearning.AI.

I’ve got the reply that the issue is resolved but I’m still seeing the same error for myself and not able to complete the course.

Hello @Jitesh_Kumar_Singla,

Can you try a basic troubleshooting steps.

  1. Clear out cache/browser history.
  2. Log out and log back in on the platform.
  3. If point 2 doesn’t work, try another browser and/or computer/system.
  4. Remove any Third-party block extensions that might be installed on your browser

Tagging L.T of the Course incase the issue persist, let us know here.

I am having issue where for my lab for week 1, it says account deactivated.

I didn’t submit the lab1, and now when i’m trying start the lab again show me a message ‘account is still in cleanup’.
I have the filled content of the lab downloaded on a .asciidoc file.
What can i do?
