I’m currently facing an issue with my AWS account, which seems to be deactivated, hindering my ability to fulfil my assignment. I’ve already submitted the required information through the Google form, but I haven’t received any response from the team. Could you please assist me in resolving this matter, and could you also guide me on the next steps I should take to ensure a prompt resolution? Thank you.

i read the above message that the all staff is on holiday. but hoping the solution my problem after holiday. i have my course end date is 06 jan 2024. in my Lab2 when i am triying to open it showing the account is deactivate can you please check it out what’s the problem i almost completed the course only lab2 is not opening.
please try to solve it before my course end date.

If you have submitted the form, there is nothing else you can do but wait.
I am facing the same issue. AWS account deactivated at 2023-12-24T11:29:37-08:00.
Same problem, right from the start of lab 1. Very annoying.

During normal business, it takes 24 to 48 hours for your form to be processed.
During the holiday season, it may take longer.
I also have had this issue. It seems as though every other time I try to open AWS, it has an error logging me in.
updating this thread, I received a notification saying it was fixed but it is not for me.
