C1W2 - AWS Plattform can't setup Cloud 9 or something else because access is denied

Issue
I’ve clicked the “Start Lab” button, to spin up the enviroment and after I enter, I can’t spin up eg. Cloud 9.

Error codes:

  • Error loading your environments. You don’t have the permission required to perform this operation. Ask your administrator to give you permissions.

Server message: ‘User: arn:aws:sts::345558945997:assumed-role/voclabs/user353…is not authorized to perform: cloud9:DescribeEnvironmentMemberships on resource: * with an explicit deny in a service control policy’

Hi @roman_2
Can you please double check that you are using the exact same config for your Cloud9 environment as is said in the lab introduction?

There has been cases that students has used t2 instead of t3, causing problems with the environment.
