Last week, on Friday I completed the Programming Assignment: Assignment 1: Troubleshooting Database Connectivity on AWS and submitted with a perfect score. Now it is saying I did not do it at all. How can I get my submission reflected? I am not willing to do it again.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Progress tracking is Coursera’s technology, and the problem you are mentioning is stemming from an error in their systems. Can you please contact Coursera’s help center and follow up on the issue with them?

I did contact Coursera support, and they said this and they said a 3rd party tool is being used for submissions and to inquire about the issue on the course community
