C4 W1 Lab 1, data modeling with DBT

• I finished all coding for the lab but I was not able to submit because
  the date dimension was not created. An error said that “data” item was not available. It would not create the S3 files, and trying to submit the partial work did not work. It answers “there is nothing to submit”.
  I could not solve the issue and the time expired.

Today, I am trying to work again on the exam but it keep saying:
“failed to start the lab”

I need help solving the issue

Hello @viejoalvaro
The option “Failed to start the lab” has been added to the lab refresh form. If you haven’t filled out the form yet, please do so. For now, it seems like a lab refresh fixes the problem, and we are following up with Vocareum to see what is going wrong in the first place.

Yes this issue happened to others and for that reason the option was added “Failed to start the lab” in the form.
Sorry for the inconvenience and the issue you are facing can be handled by a staff @esanina. Just to make sure the refresh lab takes 2 business days (no weekends), since it is a manual process. Hope it resolves soon
