Yes this issue happened to others and for that reason the option was added “Failed to start the lab” in the form.
Sorry for the inconvenience and the issue you are facing can be handled by a staff @esanina. Just to make sure the refresh lab takes 2 business days (no weekends), since it is a manual process. Hope it resolves soon
