Another way is surely to get fresh copy of the assignment, and re-do your assignment.

I was able to submit it sometime back. The submit button for grading was visible again.
the workplace restores itself if left after sometime probably that’s why you could see the submit button again.

Browser issues—try refreshing, clearing cache, or using another browser.

Extensions or pop-up blockers may be hiding it.
If it still doesn’t appear, contact your instructor or platform support with a screenshot.
