Can't find the Vertex AI data tab in the assignment

I am trying now to find the vertex ai data tab to click after loading the data.csv file, but I only find the category databases but not dataa in the control panel.

As the Vertex aI was not as described in the navigation pane, in the dashboard one has to search for Vertex aI and open it from there
