Some categories only staff is allowed to post and learners are only allowed to reply.
Example of a category where a learner can only reply:
In the News and Announcement category, for instance, you’ll be able to view posts from our staff and reply to existing announcements. However, you won’t be able to create new announcement topics yourself.
Categories where a learner can create new posts:
In categories like AI Discussions and Introductions, you’ll have the ability to both create new discussion topics and reply to existing posts. These categories are designed for open discussions, questions, and sharing your insights with the community.
How will a learner know if they can create a new post or just reply in a category?
When you visit a category, you’ll typically see visual cues indicating your permissions. If you have the option to create a new topic, a “New Topic” or similar button will be visible. If not, you’ll primarily see options to reply to existing threads.
