I finished one of the short courses (Prompt Engineering), can we get certificate? if yes where can I find it? it’s great to have proof of a knowledge you gained

There are no certificates for short courses.

While there is no course certificate, you could list what you learned on your profile, or even try to create a small project using your knowledge and upload it to GitHub to share. (:
