Change schedule to push up deadline

Hello, I’m trying to push up deadline from this graded submission so can unlock it in and complete but I’m not seeing the pop-up to change my schedule and deadline.

I don’t know if this is a bug or something but I’ve tried everything online.

You should raise a ticket at the Coursera Learner Help Center. Include the required screenshots and request a one-week extension to clear the assignment. You can click on the link: Coursera Learner Help Center. You’ll find a section on grades and deadlines, with multiple topics related to your issue. Read through and submit your concern using the form provided. In the form, briefly describe your issue and include all relevant details.
