week 4 assignment is failed and I cant retake assignment or recieve a completion certificate.
it says “This item is locked because your schedule has ended.” but I can’t find push end date option
Push the deadline doesn’t work like this. it only works when you start a week or module in a course, the time alloted is 1 week and when you don’t finish the assignment within that 1 week that’s when you can push the deadline but when you move to next week your push to deadline is gone as you have made progress to next two successful assignment submission. you seem to have completed all the assignments, and as you finish the last assignment if you have taken paid subscription, assignment gets locked.
In any case you need to raise a ticket at Coursera Learner Help Centre with the required screenshot and also mentioned when you started and end the assignment, with a request to give you a week extension to clear the failed assignment.
It will depend on the person who recieves your request to grant access or you will have to retake the course.

There is no email address. Go to your coursera page, click on your profile, you will find learner Help center column.

you will find a section grade and deadlines, in this you will find multiple topics related to your issue, read through and submit your issue by raising your concern.
It will be form where you need to briefly mention your concern.
