In both de-c2w3lab1 and de-c2w3lab2 the creation of the Cloud9 environment fails.
I’ve chosen the de-c2w3lab1 VPC and public subnet a.
All previous labs have been working fine.
It’s stuck in “Creating de-c2w3lab2. This can take several minutes.”.
Error message after 10 minutes or so:
Error while creating de-c2w3lab2
Cloud9 could not connect to the EC2 instance. Please check your VPC configuration and network settings to troubleshoot the issue.
Week 4 lab is working fine.
Hello @dollybastard,
I couldn’t reproduce the error. I created the two labs and they seem to work fine. Could you try to delete the environment after it takes too long and create a new one with the same characteristics if it persists we can see furter. Thank you
Lab 2 did work now. I’ll report back on Lab 1.

Is there a way to stop a running lab?
It will continue to run even after submitting but it will not stop you from opening another. You have to wait to end to refresh. Hope it helps
Ok then I’ll wait until it completely stops and restart from scratch. As lab2 now worked, I think it was just a temporary issue.
