[solved, it's working now] Unable to create Cloud9 for labs - C3_W2_Lab_1 (and forward labs)

I’m facing problems in getting my cloud9 envs to work for course 3 on week2 labs. The spinner constantly spins and and env doesn’t show up.

My speculation is that since I’ve been done all these courses in a shortspan (6 days 2 courses finished), my free tier has expired. but I can’t confirm this.

Can someone from the tech team please help. I’m massively blocked on this.

Got this error in Cloud9

This is taking longer than expected. The delay may be caused by high CPU usage in your environment, your T2 or T3 instance might be running out of burstable CPU capacity credits, or there are VPC configuration issues. Please check the VPC settings or the troubleshooting documentation for help with these issues.

I had this issue. After the cloud9 resource failed to instantiate, I deleted it and went through the steps to create it again. That worked for me.
