Course2-Reset learning progress

Hi Support Team,

I started Course 2 during the test phase but couldn’t complete it. Now my progress is stuck, and I can’t continue. Could you please reset my progress so I can start fresh?

Do you mean you want to reset the Labs, or reset the green ticks of the videos/readings.

For the labs you can reset them from within the lab, the green ticks I am not sure you can do that.

I enrolled in Course 2 during test phase last year, and it seems I’m stuck in the testing version 2-alpha-w1. I can only access materials from week 1, and any attempt to resume assignments or quizzes shows the message: “This item is locked because the session has ended.”

I suspect I might have been accidentally placed in an outdated testing version instead of the official one. Could you please help me reset my enrollment for Course 2 or move me to the correct version? I’m happy to provide any other details needed.

Mentors cannot do that. One of the course staff will have to handle this.
