Coursera Support Contact Information

Hi Team,

I finished ML Specialization and DL Specialization on Coursera. I had a monthly subscriptions for these courses.

I am trying the generate the invoices for payments to get it reimbursed from my employer.

Path I followed on platform:

My Purchases → Payment history → Email Receipt → Yes, send! (registered email is correct)

But I am not receiving any email related to invoice. Checked spam and found nothing there related to this.

I sent mail on support@coursera.org but seems the email address isn’t working anymore.

I did not know where else to reach out. Any help on this issue would be very appreciated.

Also as long as I remember if you had purchased the course, you would have got an instant mail invoice to your registration email id

@chiragvaghela Kindly check this page. Also I think when you click on your My Purchase it should show you the payment you have made.

at the bottom you can find this

Click on Contact us and one form will open fill your details.
and wait for 24-48 hours. :blush:

@Prashant_Upadhyaya I exactly followed the steps mentioned in the link you shared and also mentioned in my query but not receiving any mail, that is the issue.

Hi, Make sure you have login into your account.

Click on Learner Help Center

This page will open


Select Payment & Subscriptions

Then this will open


Select payment receipts
