Data Engineering Course / Free Month

Thank you so much for the free month offer, which I took advantage of and enscribed into the Data Engineering Professional certification.
I already completed the first course (Introduction to Data Engineering) verifiably (I have the certificate incl. live verification link)
Today, when I set out to continue my schedule onto the second course, the accomplishment was all gone (nothing visible in my Coursera accomplishments or purchases), and I had to register anew to Coursera. It tells me to start at the beginning (1st course), after I completed 17 hours of training…

I want to make sure that my completed certificate for the first course “Introduction to Data Engineering” counts to the professional certification(which consists, in this degree course, of 4 consecutive courses).

Can you help please?

Sorry for the inconvenience. For issues regarding the certificates and progress tracking you need to contact Coursera. If you have already gotten your certificate but you can’t see it now, contact them, and I hope they will fix it for you.

Unfortunately, there’s no way to actually contact Coursear and ask for help. They have an Online Help Center with help articles, that’s all. Nothing that applies for this case.
No email, no contact form. The course is just gone (although I have the clear evidence that I completed it).

There’s probably nothing I can do, but I’d be wary in putting more effort in this immature stuff. For a learner, it’s a real nuisance to lose accomplishments on the way to a professional certificate.

If you can escalate it, please do. I have no further way.

All of this falls under the umbrella of Coursera. You can reach out to Coursera support (via chat or email) for this. The details on how to do that are present in the article I just shared with you.
