Deeplearning autgen course wont open

I have a bug that has been going on for a while and I can’t access the course content and open the deeplearning page.

for the longest time in the coursera page that should lead me to the deeplearning page, the button that leads me there just says ‘preparing’ and i did everything but still. i logged in a new account, used another browser, nothing works. please help

did you try clearing your cache and browsing history and then logout and relogin in Coursera and try this page to open.

If issue still persist, then let us know

ive done it multiple times but still the issue persists

I tried that but it’s still stuck on preparing

I even tried from a completely different device on a completely different account and faced the same problem so there must be something wrong with the page itself. on the coursera application i outright get an error and the project wont open and on the site i also get the frozen ‘preparing’ button
