Getting “Grader Error: Grader feedback not found” for DLS C4 W3 Assignments

Update: 3 October 2023
Coursera has informed us that the bug is now fixed. I have tried the graders myself, both of them are working.
Please try them now and let me know. If you are still getting an error it is possibly now that your code is not correct.

Some of you are getting Grader Error: Grader feedback not found after submitting the C4 W3 assignments, even after passing all the unit tests within the assignment.
This has been noticed. Please allow us some time to have this investigated.
