I am continuing my normal Coursera subscription and now all of a sudden they are talking about an upgrade!. How can I get my course progress back?

I have got a similar problem as @Robert_Barrett1. Since yesterday, when I try to submit the assignment for the second week of course 2 I get the same error message. Additonally, my grade for week 1 vanished and resubmitting the assignment gives the same error. Does this have anything to do with the changes to the course? How can I still complete it?

Hello! I have just recently started this specialty and finished Course 1, stuck on Course 2 Week 1 graded assignment - cannot submit.
From what I see here - won’t be possible anymore.
My question is as follows - I have enrolled just recently (this Monday - 6th May) and I’m still covered by the Free Week (until 13th May).
My question is - what is going to happen on 13th May? Especially:
It’s really, really sad, as it was one of the few complex MLOps courses and I didn’t even have a chance to dig deeper.
Hi @Robert_Barrett1 and @maeggy . As per our partner in Coursera, there seems to be a glitch and somehow you’re redirected to an old version of the assignment. They’re looking into it but in the meantime, the best action is to reset your deadlines so you’ll be redirected to the latest one. If you can’t find an option in your Dashboard to do the reset, please contact Learner Support (instructions here). The agent should be able to help you do that. Just let me know if you encounter any problems there. Thanks!

Update: It seems like it works ok now, for both courses. Only thing I can’t find is the certificates of the first 2 courses but this is less urgent of course.
Hi all, I was already enrolled/completed in all courses before 7 May but I can’t access material at the moment. Are there technical problems at the moment? I can still see I am enrolled (Modeling pipelines & Deployment, I have completed the first 2) and I can go to the course page but the pages are blank or they give me error messages.

Hi Filip. I reached out to Coursera regarding this but since there’s no reply yet and your subscription is coming up, I recommend cancelling the free trial to be safe. You should have the certificate already for the 1st course if you completed it.

As u made the scenario, I had enrolled the course before may 8th and finished 1/4 on 7th may and got that certificate. After clicking the link u provided for 2/4 course, I am able to access the materials, but I am unable to save the lab as I am getting error response like

This is the case for all 3 graded assignments of this part of the course.
Other 3-4 courses, I am unable to view the contents itself.
So what is the verdict, will I be able to complete the second part and other 2 as well? Or should I wait till some time untill the course gets active.
Will the course gets active again?
If new version comes will I be able to continue other 3 parts with same payment?
Isn’t the payment made is for all 4 courses or just the first one which I got certificate?

Yeah I did, it just redirected me to the Coursera support page and there were no instructions as such on that page pertaining to my query.

I received that email, and I enrolled for the course before 8th May. As of now I am already enrolled for the course.
Hi Siddhart. Yes the link is supposed to take you to the Coursera support page. You have the same issue as the other learners tagged there. Kindly refer to the instructions in the link to contact an agent. Please ask for their help in resetting your deadlines. Other learners were able to resolve this with that. If not, please let me know what reply they gave you so we can escalate. Nonetheless, Coursera is also aware of this issue re: this course and we’ll follow up with them later. In the meantime, the quickest way to resolve this is through the Coursera Learner Support. Hope this helps and sorry for the trouble. We’ll work to resolve this asap.
Hi, I enrolled in the specialization before the 8th and finished 1.5 courses, but courses 3 and 4 have disappeared. They took my credit card, so I assume they charged me, and that I am all set up, but the courses are gone. I tried the links above and it takes me to an error page.
Are the courses being taken down because they are no longer valid? If so, that’s understandable, but would have still liked to have finish what I started since I already have some time invested.
If they are indeed obsolete beyond utility, and there is no value/merit trying to continue, could you please recommend alternatives?
Is this expected to be the case with other courses from DeepLearning.AI ? I had planned on taking pretty much everything you have to offer. Are there plans on deprecating these other courses? If so, I would again ask for recommendations, as I have found this to be very high quality material and was looking forward to digging into the subject matter.
