I’ve tried opening the lab as well, and it seems it’s currently unavailable. I’ve opened a case and reached out to the Coursera Help Center, and I hope they resolve the issue soon. In the meantime, you can skip the lab and continue with the other lessons.
I also recommend checking out this Coursera support article, which provides detailed steps for troubleshooting common issues with Coursera Labs, such as labs not loading, rebooting the lab workspace, or launching the lab in a private browsing window.
