Are you logged-in to Coursera and have you enrolled in the course, and paid the fee (or are using financial aid)?

Yes, i logged-in to and enrolled the course, and im using university partner account

Try these:

  1. Logout and then login
  2. Use Incognito/Private window
  3. Use Chrome (if not using)
  4. Clear browser’s cache history
  5. Try different device
