Failed to start kernel

Thanks! I searched for this issue but didn’t find that post.

The following (shutting down all kernels in the sidebar) worked!

[Troubleshooting] Getting "ResourceLimitExceeded" when selecting `ml.m5.2xlarge`

I faced the same issue and I did the following:- In the jupyter notebook, on the left sidebar called “Running Terminals and kernels”, shutdown everything Running instances, running apps, kernel sessions and teminal sessions. And then follow the same procedure it didn’t show the error.
