Forum SSO Login
We have updated The Forum login so that your forum account is connected to the DeepLearning.AI Learning Platform login.
What does this mean?
You will log in to the forum using your learning platform account instead of a separate forum password.
This should make access simpler and keep everything connected under one login.
I already have a forum account. Will I lose my posts or history?
Usually no.
If your forum account and your learning platform account use the same email address, your existing forum account should be matched automatically, so your posts and history stay with you.
Do I need to create a new forum account?
No.
Once this change is live, account creation and login will happen through the learning platform.
If you already have a matching account, the forum should connect you to it automatically.
What if my forum email and learning platform email are different?
In that case, the forum may treat you as a new user and create a second account.
If that happens, please contact us and we can help fix or merge the accounts.
What if I created a forum account first, and only later created a learning platform account?
That is okay.
If both accounts use the same email address, your forum account should connect correctly.
If they use different email addresses, you may end up with two accounts and need help from staff to merge them.
Will my forum username change?
Possibly, depending on how the login sync is configured.
Your account itself should still be the same account if the email matches, but some profile details such as username may update from the learning platform.
What if I cannot log in after the change?
If you have trouble logging in, or if it looks like a new forum account was created for you by mistake, please contact us so we can help.
