Kernel never starts, Images unavailable No EMR Clusters available.
Tried to restart the kernel Python 3 ipykernel, but it never started.
Restarted computer, went back to lab (Vocareum), but kernel doesn’t start and can’t check required dependencies.
If I run cell 2, the error says that the correct instance must be selected. But There are not available clusters.

Can you try now again, is the error still persisting!

Problem is not fixed. Kernel Python 3 ipykernel does not start. Please see photo below,

Sign out and clear the cache.
Fresh start the lab and choose Python 3(ipykernel), I will work.

It worked Thursday and I finished week 1.
The engine recommended m5 was never available. I ran the program, edited a little (install transformers, etc) and it worked.
I would suggest to modify the comments in cell #1 because they are not needed and are confusing.
