Grading issue with calculus last graded assignment(Neural Network with two layers) week 3

hello , i have a problem submitting graded assignment in calclus for machine learnig. last graded assignment.

may be i deleted some comments related to grading part.

all test cases are passed but getting grade 0.

does any one know to restart again the whole assignment , the notebook got saved and control+z not working to undo that.

thanks, I figured out in file section of jupyter notebook. I clicked revert to checkpoint.
it then changed to new assignment.
