Has AGI been achieved already?

Hello,

first of all thanks for this amazing resource about AI, deeplearning is truly amazing.

As a new learner about AI and someone who has watched relevant courses by Andrew NG, I was wondering if a company like OpenAI has already achieved AGI?

And I was wondering how is there a way to understand it’s really AGI?

In my small brain, reinforcement learning can be used to pass all those existing tests such as turing tests? I’m really confused at this point.

In my view, AGI is more of a marketing buzzword than a specific technology or capability.
