I paid for this certificate can I skip the due date or will I fail? this is python AI course for beginners please help especially since it says one submission left before due date.

It would be better if you post your question in the forum area for the course you are attending.
Usually the assignment deadlines are only reminders. You do not have to meet them (unless your subscription is about to end).
The deadlines will reset automatically if you miss one.
