To reset a programming assignment in Coursera, rename your current file to save your work. Then, use the “Help” menu in Coursera Labs and select “Get latest version” or “Update Lab” to restore the original version of the assignment. This refreshes the workspace with a clean copy. You can also add ?forceRefresh=true to the notebook URL. Are you trying to fix a coding issue or start fresh with the assignment?

I agree with the above.

Note that the Help you need is via the Lab Help menu, it’s the “question-mark inside a circle” in the upper right corner of the browser.

Just to emphasize: “Get latest version” will only replace missing files - it will not update any file that already exists - hence the need to rename or delete your original file first.
