When I log in to the AWS account and select the Amazon SageMaker, I can’t access the Studio and have two access denied messages:
AccessDeniedException: User: arn:aws:sts::531605148861:assumed-role/voclabs/user3721026=Gary_Khominsky is not authorized to perform: ram:GetResourceShareInvitations on resource: arn:awsus-east-1:531605148861:resource-share-invitation/*
AccessDeniedException: User: arn:aws:sts::531605148861:assumed-role/voclabs/user3721026=Gary_Khominsky is not authorized to perform: datazone:ListDomains on resource: arn:aws:datazone:us-east-1:531605148861:domain/*
It blocks my progress. Please help ASAP. – Thank you

AccessDeniedException: User: arn:aws:sts::229274192266:assumed-role/voclabs/user407059=XXXXX is not authorized to perform: datazone:ListDomains on resource: arn:aws:datazone:us-east-1:229274192266:domain/*
I did change the Date/Time settings within my Mac, running MacOS 12.7.6
Same problem on my end, I get the following two errors:

Hi Paul. Please post a screenshot of the entire window including the error message. That will help us in troubleshooting.
When you get to the AWS Console (before you launch Sagemaker), please also get your student AWS ID and send it to me. That should be on the upper right of the console.
Also, please let us know in which exact step of the lab instructions you got stuck. Take note that there are new instructions in the Vocareum page when you launch the lab from Coursera. It differs from the walkthrough videos because you need to navigate to Studio Classic.
Hi @chris.favila I’m also encountering the same error. My student AWS ID is 365785572710 and federated user id is voclabs/user3768256=Qianyi_Hu. Could you help with the access?
Hi, and welcome to the Forum! Thank you for reporting this issue. We might need to update the instructions but for now, please type “Sagemaker Studio” in the search bar instead so you can go directly to the correct page. That should allow you to follow the rest of the instructions in the Vocareum page. Hope this helps!
