I paid $300 for a pro membership but i still cannot access the in-progress course

I paid a new subscription on 30 March, but I cannot access the course that I am learning. Is it because the latest payment on 20 March was not sucessful?

Have you got any confirmation after the most recent payment made towards dlai? Your account shows you’re a pro member from the screenshot. However, I see that the payment made on 20th March has failed (correct me if I am wrong. I’m sorry, I don’t understand the language in the screenshot. However, I guessed it from the visual cue) and you successfully tried paying again on 30th March. But, in the first screenshot, in the plan & billing section it says the pro plan cancels on 20th March ‘27. Also, at the top it says pro plan payment failed. When did you take the first screenshot? This somehow does not match the payment history. Are you sure the payment has gone through and your payment method is not rejected? It would be great if you can check with your bank to confirm on this. Also, please check for any confirmation email you received.
If not, probably the system would have failed to update the status and further grand access post the first unsuccessful attempt.
Moreover, can you exactly tell me what is happening at your end? Are you unable to access course materials? What about videos and labs?
If you can help me with these details, I will be able to help better or redirect to the relevant personnel.

No, the screenshot doesn’t show that.

If the Pro membership was active, there would be the text “Pro” overlayed on the Profile icon - not a “!”.

I understand that. I am sorry I didn’t notice it. However, I was mentioning about something else. Please look at the ‘Plan & Billing’ section in the first screenshot. Against ‘Pro’ it says cancels on Mar 20, 2027! I guess it was not clear when I was mentioning this. A new subscriber doesn’t know whether or not a pro badge would appear on his profile icon after subscription. However, the common expectation is that- in his/ her account settings the status will be clearly mentioned (that’s the general practice as far as I know). Here, it clearly says pro and with an expiry. Some mishap must’ve happened. Moreover, adding your valid finding to the already existing issue just reveals that this UI flow should have been done better.

But I still cannot be pro account as you see, cannot access the course that I’m learning. What should I do now?

Ofc, I sent a ticket and I haven’t receive the answer yet. I just want to solve this problem asas. Please tell me what to do.
