Cannot use the membership

I just join the Membership one week ago. the time I paid for one month Membership. Deeplearning platform remind me to use 7-day trial first. So after one week(now), 7-day trial had been expired, however the thing is I cannpt get one month Membership.However Under my Setting page, Plan & Billing section, I see my subscription and billing information status is ACTIVE. when I manage my subscription.this platform always remind me: Your subscription status has been updated. Please try again.

I donot know how to do to receive my membership

please help me! I really appreciate it!
