Unable to cancel membership and got charged forcefully, despite sending multiple requests

UNABLE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. Submitted multiple tickets to cancel the subscription. Received the same responses ‘We’ve received your message—thank you for getting in touch!’ over and over and no action. The response says “Cancel Plan”. But I don’t see it anywhere on the website or stripe. I did this within the 7 days since I purchased it. Help me, please, Deeplearning team.
