If it’s the DeepLearning platform, try clicking on your Profile, then the “Plan” item. You should see two cards, for “Free” and “Pro”.
Try clicking on “Free” and see if that does it.

@gyao, unfortunately most of the DL.AI staff is away for the holidays, so I do not expect much response until 2026 arrives.
