Unable to cancel my subscription

I am unable to cancel my subscription as there is no option to “manage my subscription” when I click on my profile. I have submitted a support ticket.

This issue was reported as fixed last evening.
Try this:

  • Go to your Profile.
  • Click on “Plan”.
  • Click on “Manage Subscription” at the bottom of the page (see image below).
