No Cancelation Option Avaialble

I attempted to cancel my DeepLearning.AI Pro membership but could not find any cancellation option on the website after spending a significant amount of time navigating account and subscription pages. Directions given in support email are misleading as there is no “Manage Subscription” → “Cancel Plan” unde “Plan”

This resulted in unnecessary time wasted trying to locate a basic self-service feature that should be straightforward. Subscriptions should be as easy to cancel as they are to start.

I have now raised a support ticket and am waiting for confirmation that my membership will be cancelled and no further charges will be applied.

Posting this publicly so others are aware and in the hope that the cancellation experience is improved.

Did you try this? It might work.

  • From the learn.deeplearning.ai page, click on your Profile (the menu item farthest to the right in the toolbar).
  • Click on the “Plan” item.
  • You should see two cards, “Free” on the left, and “Pro” on the right. Click on the “Free” card, and see if that does it.

I did not try it myself because I did not want to change my plan status.

Update: Another learner has reported that method does not work.

I’ve raised the issue with the DL.AI staff, unfortunately they are out of the office for the holidays, so I don’t expect any resolution of this until 2026 arrives.

@Community-Team, the FAQ documentation needs an update.
