Membership and Payment Support

It seems the membership support organization is not working very well.

I made my payment on 04-Jan-2026, but my membership status is still not updated to Pro.

I created two support tickets using provided link in the help-center, but no resolution is done till date.

Someone should look into this process asap.

Has your issue been resolved?
I completed the payment today, but my membership status has not yet been updated to Pro.

same for me I have paid on 17 Jan 2026. The status still hasnt been updated to Pro
