Jupiter notebook is not loading for both Python Basics with Numpy and Logistic Regression with a Neural Network Mindset.

In network tab I see that ‘api/trpc/course.getProgramLab’ request fails with: 422 Unprocessable Content

I just tested the “Python Basics” assignment, and it loaded without difficulty in about 30 seconds.

just checked, it works when I use US VPN, but does not work without it, I’m in Kyiv (Ukraine)

As Tom did earlier, I just tried loading, running and grading both of those assignments using the DLAI Learning Platform and it worked fine for me.

Given the evidence that it works for you if you use a VPN, that gives a pretty good indication that this is an IT problem on your side. Some proxy or firewall between your computer and the DLAI website must be blocking that particular URL operation.

Do not know what it was, but now it works even without VPN, probalby some temporary problem on my network. Thank you.
