Ok, solved it on the 4th round with claude, very unintuitive but I leave it here for other people that have same problem
You launch the App-Workbench from Coursera
Then start the Lab (top right), when AWS is green (on the top left) ou launch the AWS Console
And here was the tricky part, you need to click on the the hamburger menu (☰) which will open the direct links Amazon Sage maker AI on the left

Click there and you go to:
https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/sagemaker/home?region=us-east-1#/studio-landing
Open personal Studio (I guess haha not really sure) and you land in the app

@chris.favila @gent.spah @TMosh as I can see how key you are for the community and sorry I sent so many messages. I am sure I will have some other technical issue and will have to request your help. Today I spent several hours on this so probably start over over the weekend, Thanks so much to this vibrant community

Hi Marc. The Vocareum page instructions (i.e. the same page that has the Start Lab button) show exactly how to navigate to the services needed per lab. Here’s step 3 and 4 that says you should look for Sagemaker AI, then Studio. You should also see this in your learner environment.
From your earlier screenshots, it seems you searched for other services, hence the errors. Just follow the instructions as is and you should be able to load the notebook needed to run the exercise.
For other possible problems, you can also refer to this FAQ first before creating a new post. Hope this helps!
