Hi Sajid and welcome to the community! For labs hosted on Qwiklabs and Colab, I suggest that you first try running the lab as is without installing additional packages. Usually, those flagged during the pip installs are pre-bundled with the environment but not actually used in the exercise. If you encounter an error in the later cells that involve these packages, feel free to reply here and we’ll take a look at it. Thanks!

Did a instance migration (suggested by Vertex AI UI), but still was experiencing an issue ImportError: cannot import name 'WKBWriter' from 'shapely.geos' (/usr/local/lib/python3.8/dist-packages/shapely/geos.py)

Fixed it by following the post python - cannot import name 'WKBWriter' from 'shapely.geos' when import google cloud ai platform - Stack Overflow
