hey guys!
so i was doing the Practice Labb Assignment for collaborative Filtering, then as much as i wrote the code and used the hints and i was sure the code i wrote wasn’t wrong because despite 1 cells , others cells was passed the test , then i report this issue to fix that particular cell , then i got myself and all of my financial aid courses LOCKED!
so i don’t know what to do !
i just wanted to fix 1 cell not to get kicked out of all my courses and coudn’t be able to finish them!
this happend in my unsupervised learning and reinforcement learning week 2 Practice Lab Assignemt Colloborative Filtering Recommender Systems

they had 100% discount on their financial aid program on that period of time …

Was the 100% financial aid approved by Coursera for this particular course?? Or you had been approved for other course of the same specialisation and continued learning to the next course?
Could you share a screenshot where it shows financial aid for this particular course i.e. Unsupervised learning from Machine learning Specialisation has been approved for 100% financial aid ?
Note there are 3 courses in this specialisation and financial aid application need to be submitted separately for all 3 courses.
If the above steps were done, then as Tom mentioned, go to Learner Helper Centre raise a ticket mentioning your issue that it was first approved and eventually removed with screenshots. They respond in 3-4 days
